Last Updated: January 20, 2026

TPRABF.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

Protected Content on TPRABF.com

  • Our platform specializes in thematic world-building and narrative identity generators, producing unique names, characters, and story elements tailored to user inputs.
  • Generated outputs are intended solely for personal or creative use by registered users and are not stored or published on our site without explicit user consent.
  • Users retain ownership of generated names and content but must independently verify that such names do not infringe existing trademarks or copyrights prior to commercial use.
  • We do not host, distribute, or display third-party copyrighted material without permission; any user-uploaded elements are scanned for compliance.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on https://www.tprabf.com in a way that constitutes infringement, please follow the procedures outlined below to report it.

Designated DMCA Agent

All DMCA notices must be directed to our designated Copyright Agent:

  • Name: TPRABF Copyright Compliance Officer
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Address: TPRABF Compliance Department, [Redacted for Privacy], United States
  • Phone: Not available for DMCA submissions; use email only

Do not send general inquiries or non-DMCA complaints to this address, as they will not receive a response.

Requirements for a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice

To ensure swift processing, your DMCA notification must be in writing and include the following elements as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list of such works on our site.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., exact URLs where possible).
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Submit your complete notice via email to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request – [Your Name/Company]”. We process valid notices within 24-48 business hours.

Our Response to DMCA Notices

  • Upon receipt of a compliant notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We will notify the user associated with the content, providing details of the complaint unless prohibited by law.
  • Repeat infringers: Accounts with three or more verified infringements will be permanently terminated.
  • False or bad-faith claims: Submitters of knowingly false DMCA notices may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

In cases involving generated content from our world-building tools, note that outputs are algorithmically derived from public domain inspirations and user prompts. However, if a specific generation mirrors protected material, provide evidence of substantial similarity beyond common tropes.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. This must be sent to our DMCA Agent at [email protected] and include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed or disabled, and the location where it previously appeared (e.g., URL or description).
  • Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the district where your address is located (or New York, NY, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant. If no lawsuit is filed within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material unless otherwise instructed by law.

Global Copyright Compliance

While our primary framework follows U.S. DMCA law, we honor equivalent notices under international treaties such as the Berne Convention and EU Copyright Directive. For non-U.S. claims:

  • Provide analogous details to those listed above, adapted to your jurisdiction’s requirements.
  • Include proof of authority if acting as an agent.
  • Email to [email protected] with subject “International Copyright Notice – [Country/Jurisdiction]”.

Users generating narrative identities or world-building elements agree not to input copyrighted material into our tools, as this could result in derivative works subject to takedown.

User Responsibilities

  • Do not upload, generate, or share content infringing third-party rights.
  • Verify all generated names for trademark conflicts using official databases like USPTO or EUIPO before publication or sale.
  • Our generators draw from aggregated, non-proprietary linguistic patterns; uniqueness is not guaranteed against all prior art.
  • Disputes over generated content ownership remain between users; we act solely as a conduit.

For trademark concerns separate from copyright, contact us directly at [email protected], though DMCA processes do not apply to trademarks.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy periodically to reflect legal changes or platform evolutions. Continued use of https://www.tprabf.com after updates constitutes acceptance. Check the “Last Updated” date at the top.
